  6. It's strange...the fears that some people have and why...they say that it goes back to an incident in your childhood. I can't think of anything that I fear, apart from the usual...spiders...big ones..yuk !!!
Oh, and the noise that cotton wool makes (oooo...I've gone all funny).....and another one...wet wood.....I can't wash up a wooden spoon without going all perculiar.
So, after saying that I don't have any...I've got loads !!!!!

  7. I do too! I hate when people offer them to my kids and then they're in the backseat as I am driving...I am so scared of the "POP!" I always try to encourage them to let them go and let's watch them fly away!

  10. I hate the anticipation of them popping much more than the actual event.

  11. Balloons don't really bother me but I do hate the feeling of chalk on my hands, drives me nuts! Also, the sound of anything on a chalkboard, even the chalk itself. I always did much better in classes that had marker boards instead of chalk boards.

Hope you have a lovely weekend!

  13. I know it isn't nice to laugh at fears, but your proclamation about balloons made me chuckle! Sorry for your fear, but they are absolutey beautiful! Here's to hoping all balloons remain light and airy when in your presence!

  17. As a child, I was scared of clowns. I have since found out that there is a word for it "Coulrophobia", so obviously I'm not alone. I'm not scared of clowns now but I have NEVER found them to be funny.

  19. Great photo, although I understand that fear. I'm afraid of tunnels, and I rode through 4 yesterday on a train, not to mention the endless subways I ride all the time. You think I'd get over my fear, but no luck!

  27. Lightening storms. I don't know whether that fear qualifies as odd, but I believe that lightening could enter through an open window..., so when a storm approaches I close them all.
