Oh me too. Yuck!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, me too.....I don't even like my children carrying balloons cos I am always anticipating them bursting at any second.....and even then I jump a mile high!!
ReplyDeleteI know it does stop the heart a bit, but these are so pretty.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely night,
xoxo
Don't really like everything that's loud but colorful balloons are always interesting to see :)
ReplyDeleteI am so glad the days are getting longer & the temperature warmer! It was beautiful in Canberra today!
ReplyDeleteLucky you with some warm weather here on the Mornington Peninsula it only got to about 19.
ReplyDeleteHope the rest of your weekend is fun

It's strange...the fears that some people have and why...they say that it goes back to an incident in your childhood. I can't think of anything that I fear, apart from the usual...spiders...big ones..yuk !!!
ReplyDeleteOh, and the noise that cotton wool makes (oooo...I've gone all funny).....and another one...wet wood.....I can't wash up a wooden spoon without going all perculiar.
So, after saying that I don't have any...I've got loads !!!!!
I do too! I hate when people offer them to my kids and then they're in the backseat as I am driving...I am so scared of the "POP!" I always try to encourage them to let them go and let's watch them fly away!
ReplyDeleteThank goodness these ARE so lovely. I hate when they rub against your bare skin...creepy! Enjoy your lovely weekend weather Kellie ~ xx deb
ReplyDeleteI am so with you on this one...
ReplyDeleteI hate the anticipation of them popping much more than the actual event.
ReplyDeleteBalloons don't really bother me but I do hate the feeling of chalk on my hands, drives me nuts! Also, the sound of anything on a chalkboard, even the chalk itself. I always did much better in classes that had marker boards instead of chalk boards.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely weekend!
They always decorate our desks at work for a birthday. I hate popping ballons! Makes me cringe!
ReplyDeleteI know it isn't nice to laugh at fears, but your proclamation about balloons made me chuckle! Sorry for your fear, but they are absolutey beautiful! Here's to hoping all balloons remain light and airy when in your presence!
ReplyDelete:)

Hi Kellie
ReplyDeleteI am sure I have many... though can't think what they are right now! But not balloons.. have no issue with balloons.. hehehe
What great weather we have had. Today I feel positively happy!!! And that should last until tomorrow morning.. haha
Have a great week. x Julie
As a child, I was scared of clowns. I have since found out that there is a word for it "Coulrophobia", so obviously I'm not alone. I'm not scared of clowns now but I have NEVER found them to be funny.
ReplyDeleteYes yes yes, I like your nice & lovely blog, and leave a swedish footprint after me...
ReplyDeleteRegards from Agneta in Sweden
Great photo, although I understand that fear. I'm afraid of tunnels, and I rode through 4 yesterday on a train, not to mention the endless subways I ride all the time. You think I'd get over my fear, but no luck!
ReplyDeletexoxo
What a lovely photo, says fearless me.
ReplyDeletenothing worse than balloons popping in close proximity! but this is a lovely photo!
ReplyDeleteOMG, I absolutely hate even the thought of one popping. If someone is even holding one I freak.
ReplyDeleteYup me too. The colours in that picture are lovely though.
ReplyDeleteHope your weekend was fun!!
I love baloons! But the noice factor... I have to agree with you on that one! Beautiful colours tho! Have a great weekeknd!
ReplyDeletehehe - my sister shares your fear. I like to pop balloons when she least expects it :)
ReplyDeleteI also hate hate the sound of balloons popping..and even though I love champagne I am always scared when they open the bottle!
ReplyDeleteLightening storms. I don't know whether that fear qualifies as odd, but I believe that lightening could enter through an open window..., so when a storm approaches I close them all.
ReplyDeleteI don't like it when balloons pop either, but these are beautiful inflated!
ReplyDeleteCut the finger with paper... terribleeee
