To be honest with you, I am not a real lover of animal print. I definitely like it on other people just not me. It's a bit like me in red, i like it but just never actually wear it. This however, is just enough for my home. P.S. Have I told you I love Fridays? If not, well, I absolutely adore them!

I don't mind a spot of animal print - this is a nice touch! Happy weekend! Tracey xx
ReplyDeleteI love the antique rose look, so sweet. It's cute how they have a little tiger in front of the leopard print!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your Friday evening, sounds like you need no encouragment.
xoxo
great contrast with the florals! i agree, animal print in small doses.
ReplyDeletehappy weekend!

I'm so with you on the animal print front....don't like it AT ALL...think it's really tacky (hope that I haven't lost lots of blogging friends by that statement !!!!) BUT...I could just about manage that cushion...and only that cushion!!!! Actually, I just went back and looked at it and I've changed my mind...I couldn't even put up with the cushion!!!! The rest of the room is really lovely. XXXX
ReplyDeleteit looks great, like a little drop of personal style ^.^
ReplyDeletekisses
I'm with you on this one. One cushion is perfect!
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!
i looooooooove fridays! and a little bit of animal print is fab! love this photo you posted! quite inspiring! have a fantastic friday and weekend lovely! xxx
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of the animal print either...I'd rather just have a live animal lounging around the house somewhere. But I do love Fridays!
ReplyDeleteoh Kellie, I love that bedroom... but without that animal print cushion. I'm totally with you about animal prints. I don't love them at all on me. I do love Fridays! hope you're having a great one! xo
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday! What a great way to end the week, this photo is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHi Kellie
ReplyDeleteI think you are spot on with this assessment. I don't really like animal prints too much and often think the rug or whatever spoils the look for me. But this room is exceptional. Just the right amount of everything really. Not too much pink, nor floral and amazingly the animal print just creates the right zing!! Love it.
Have a great weekend.. I had the biggest smile on my face the moment I walked out of work!! haha
x Julie
I like to mix in animal print, esp in colors that match the room. Helps in blend in a little more.
ReplyDeleteI love the little sofa! It would look good with anything on it. I love Fridays, too. Hope you have a good one!
ReplyDeleteI agree, animal prints, only in small doses. Funny, I do like a lot of things, well beautiful things, in rooms and on people which I would not use or wear, but still love it. Very much like pastry, love them, but don't eat them.
ReplyDeleteGosh I feel the same way about animal prints and red. I have nothing animal print, and I do love red but I only have it as accessories, not full on clothing.
ReplyDeleteStumbled upon you... beautiful blog. I would love to have such a serence haven for a bedroom. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend!
Love it...I agree animal print and I do not mix well...but unlike you I adore red!!!! Thanks for sharing this amazing sofa today! Happy weekend!
ReplyDeletei definitely like ohw it looks int he picture . im the same way with both red and animal prints .. i dont wear them much at all
ReplyDeleteThe animal print is quite a contrast to the rose prints on the pillows, but it's not too weird.
ReplyDeleteNice set, I love animal print but not in huge amounts, this is perfect
ReplyDeleteI love animal prints in a small dose as well. Have a wonderful weekend!

ReplyDeleteI'm not a big fan of animal print either. But it's quite strange how much that leopard skin cushion goes well with the rose print!
