High tea with a twist!

I saw this over at MadeByGirl and fell in love! What a vibrant way to enjoy high tea. I adore all the prints in those fabrics and the furniture is divine. In Sydney, our high tea venues tend to be quiet demure and serious. Sydney could do with a touch of this boldness!! Who needs to be boring when life can be this colourful? This is how eating cakes should always be .... Kellie xx

  14. What fun... you are right only the very serious high teas here. Although that is sort of fun too as not your typical Sydney outing. x Julie

  30. Wow I could pretend I was Alice, & the mad hatter could turn up for tea!!! Would I find a mouse in my tea pot & a rabbit telling me I'm late? Yummy room, love the picks, it would make a great place for a young girls birthday tea party, shame I don't live in Sydney my daughter would have loved it have a great weekend Kellie :)

  32. Sydney DOES have a wonderful high tea venue - 'the Victoria Rooms' in Darlighurst.
It may not be as bright and vibrant as your post, but it is an amazing place that I can highly recommend. Like a colonial club with a very cheeky twist. They also have an astrologer who does your chart whilst you sip and munch away on heavenly treats! Worth a try!
