Toys to play with....

I still haven't purchased a SLR camera and all the other lenses jazz as I couldn't decide on which one - annoying I know! Luckily Luke's friend is a photographer and is lending me his 'baby' for the weekend and all the bells and whistles that goes with it. Hopefully next week ill have some 'pretty' shots - very, very excited! Then maybe, just maybe I can select the camera...

Have a glamourous weekend everyone! I'll be spending time in front of the computer - still glamourous if you ask me... Kellie xx

I know this has been seen everywhere but I love it and just cant help but post about it. Those hot pink chairs are heaven, mixed with peonies and gorgeous blue tableware and we have a winner. AMAZING inspiration! Kellie xx

DIY Paper Pom Poms

My lovely best friend, Kate and I were out shopping on the weekend and we were playing with some paper pom poms in a shop. And it occurred to me, I have been obsessed with these things for months and months and months and im still not over it! I have a little dinner party coming up, perhaps its about time I got it out of my system and used them as part of my styling! Kellie xx

A wonderful purchase...

I always know I made a good decision when I have no regrets and months later im still happy with an outcome. It took me a while to choose the wallpaper for our living space but so glad I ended up with the one pictured in this gorgeous interior. Ours is more of a platinum colour but just as lovely, I adore it's effortless feel. Forgotten it? {HERE} it is again! Kellie xx

A delicious afternoon tea!

Our afternoon tea yesterday afternoon - dreamy macaroons {and my green tea}! Amazing!

Stripes, flowers and white

What a beautiful kitchen! One day Luke and I will move away from the city, I will have a gorgeous little cottage and lots of space to play with flowers. A wonderful dream! Kellie xx

Two simple pleasures

I made a couple of very exciting purchases over the weekend - those gorgeous glass vases and my new notebooks. Even though I do have my Blackberry, I alway prefer to write things down on a note book, electronic forms just isn't the same for me. I tend to get a lot of satisfaction crossing things off my to-do list and deleting things online never feels anywhere near as satisfying. And I have this perhaps unproductive habit of re-writing my lists over and over again! It's amazing how the simple things in life give you the most pleasure! Kellie xx

A beachy kind of lunch!

An amazingly romantic lunch setting. Imagine enjoying a seafood lunch with your feet in the sand and a lovely glass of wine. Knowing my luck though, it would be either windy or pouring with rain! Kellie xx

Baked brightly!

What a lovely long weekend! I could enjoy the extra day off on a more regular basis.

On Saturday I found these gorgeous cupcake liners and couldn't resist putting them to good use for a family visit yesterday. I was really happy with the outcome, not only did they taste delicious, they looked pretty as well! Kellie xx

Pretty, pretty pastels

Such a beauty is blue and white, and, a touch of soft pink - what an elegant and peaceful look. What I most love about this little space is that gorgeous stool. Such versatile little things those stools are and what a darling print on this particular one! Kellie xx

Checking off the to-do list!

I hope you are having a lovely weekend. I'm very much looking forward to the public holiday tomorrow... Phew i say - another sleep in! I'm still working away on selecting the products for my store. What a job. Kind of exciting and frightening all wrapped in one. Luckily I have a husband who can make a divine green tea or two to keep me going... Kellie xx
