A story of two F's - Feathers and Flowers!

I am particularly fond of the aesthetic created here and the vibrancy of the many colours accentuated with flowers and feathers.

Styling of events will be another focus for Ada & Darcy. Beautiful work like this keeps me motivated and inspired.

What keeps you inspired?

Fabulous styling from here. x

  1. I don't know if I've ever seen flowers and feathers paired up like this. Very nice!

  2. There are certain color combos, that when they appear send me through the creative co-op..so to speak.

    Turquoise + Sapphire + Magenta = Clove

    All my senses collectively agree.

  3. I like very much flowers and feathers, specially in a headdress!
What keeps me inspired? Old fashion pictures, specially those about XVIII and XIX centuries, or fifties fashion. I like to make my own clothes, and I always try to be inspired searching images about these ages.

  25. This is terrific. I rarely see feathers used for decor purposes, but I love the look. Especially if it's like the black and white one pictured. I definitely think ideas taken from nature and the animal world (as long as it doesn't hurt animals) is a great idea.
