A very white inspiration

I do love white. I need a new rug for my living space and i always gravitate to white. Problem is my darling little girl Lily loves to play in the garden and come running inside through her puppy door. But its not all Lily, i am actually very guilty for being messy. My husband hasn't quite worked out how i manage to make such a mess but none the less it is certainly a talent of mine.

I found these amazing rooms, the white and beige blend are amazing as are the rich textures... So incredibly elegant. It made me realise for me, white rooms never bore me just as i can look at wedding gowns all day- elegant, romantic, soft, timeless and incredibly beautiful. I'm in love with both....

  3. I love that bathroom and the bedroom. Just so soothing. I like white with a touch of creams and taupe to warm it up. Nice to hear a bit about your family. Lily is a wonderful name, very sweet and funny that she climbs through the puppy door!

  11. Dear Kellie, thanks for adding me to your blog list....
Those pictures above are so lovely, I just got a white sofa and will see how it works out with lots of kids and a black dog ( but the dog is not the problem...;)
Maybe instead of a white rug start with a white floor, if this is possible?
    And I love the dresses!

  18. Gorgeous! I'm having a colour moment myself these days, but I lived with white for years and it's very relaxing except when you're eating chocolate cake on the (white) couch!

  19. people forget sometimes the power of white, whether in advertising, decorating etc. we all get so caught up sometimes in it having to be anything but white, when white is truly so classic, elegant and timeless. white on it's own is so eye catching. love the bedroom in the 2nd to last photo with that rattan nightstand. perfect.

  20. Thank you so much Kellie, your comments are always so so lovely.

I too would adore a white room, but like yourself, I'm guilty of being messy. One day if I have the money, I'll dedicate a room to being white and clean.
