Don't you think these photographs ooze beautiful decor, inviting lighting and romantic use of flowers? Sometimes it takes me so long to put a post together, I need my selection of images to evoke the right feelings in me and must reflect one part (no matter how small) of my true style. And of course be a darling to my own eyes.
What sort of things do you look for in a photograph to make it your darling?? I would love to know that i'm not the only one out there that waits for a particular
feeling?!? Kellie xx

ReplyDeleteHi Kellie. This is a beautiful post! I'm a little bit all over the place. Too many things I like! AND I do get a little impulsive and post in haste!! Naughty habits to overcome!
ReplyDeleteI am in LOVE with the shell collection. Also, the glass-door cabinets in the kitchen are in my dream kitchen!
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with this post! You took all the simple beauty of white and mixed it with soft subtle colors, like beige and pink and green! *Sighs* What a delight!
ReplyDeleteOh this pictures are making me want to paint my entire house pastels and fill it with fresh flowers!
ReplyDeleteHi Kellie, I love your first arrangement of photos. I know they call two photos a diptych, and three a triptych, so perhaps this is a quintych? Not nearly a nice enough word to describe it!
ReplyDeleteFor me, the framing of a photo is important; where does it cut off, and at what angle is the image/product positioned at that point? It sounds very scientific hthe way I've just described it, but you're right- it really all just comes down to a feeling!
All this pictures is so beautiful, and that is your blogg too.And thanks for visiting me

Such beautiful pictures, I love all kinds of photos, not just gorgeous and romantic ones, but I feel one thing in common is color, texture and
ReplyDeletethe way an image provokes a feeling. Sometimes let say a photo of a crumbling, peeling wall becomes an abstract piece of art which I might love to look at. It is about composition and balance. And my imagination is roused...
Oh these are lovely. So hard to say what draws me in...
ReplyDeleteFirstly I adore those shell ornaments. When it comes to a captivating photo for me it has to grab me straight away and has something that makes me go "ahh"
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful post. Umm, tough question....I think I like to see soft, eclectic images.
ReplyDeleteI just love the cherry blossoms - such a pretty post!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pictures! I love color and I live for unusual color combinations!
ReplyDeleteI adore interior design that is full of white white white. SO beautiful and whimsical.
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean. I look for interiors that have a cohesive feel yet comfortable enough to live in.
ReplyDeletelove the set up in the last photo...that mirror is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful blog find...thank you for stopping by mine so I could come to yours and revel in such beauty!
ReplyDeleteI understand what you mean by waiting for a picture to capture your heart. For me, each picture is different and there is always something that stands out and shouts, "love me!" - it can be a chandelier, a budding flower, a hint of color in a subtle hued room, or the eyes of a person within the crowd. Photography is a magical indulgence.
I find that I'm instantly attracted to any photo with fabulous girly elements in it. Pretty shoes, a ruffly dress, flowers. It's all darling.
ReplyDeleteI love the pictures you use. You can definitely tell you spend a lot of time on a posts. These pictures are so soothing and lovely. It's hard to explain the feeling they evoke but it makes me want everything in them! I love the purity that white has which is funny because most of my art is so colorful. I'm going to try and take some tips from your blog (if you don't mind) because I want mine to be beautiful too!
