Playing ALOT with colours right now and absolutely adoring coral and turquoise!
I'd love to know, what colours can you not get enough of? Any colours you love but feel are like hens teeth? Kellie xx

Hello Kellie
ReplyDeleteOh here I go
white ( I know it's not a colour), aqua, turquoise, (and then palest of these two as well), seafoam - love the seafoam, add a splash of coral, give me some linen latte's, too.
Ok I'll stop now (also love a splash of the pinks, yellows and blues in the right place.
Now don't get me started for my love of nautical - red, white and blue!
Ok this time I'll stop

ReplyDeleteblack,cream,poppy red, TAUPE,emerald green.....
ReplyDeletemarigold, deep olive, sage,.....
I have life pretty easy. I love red, white, black and all shades of pink, all of which can be found in abundance in pretty much every product line in existence. I have a friend who really enjoys palest blue. Like, imagine the palest that baby blue can go before it becomes white. She can't often find it. She had her bedroom paint specially mixed :)
ReplyDeleteHi Kellie,
ReplyDeleteMy favourite color is red, so hot...
Have a nice mid week.
xoxo
Turquoise for me too, with a side of sunny yellow :-)
ReplyDeleteMy daughter just did her playroom in orange and light blue and it is wonderful...love the combination!!
ReplyDeleteI am just totally addicted to pinks and blues together.. any shades... love it totally. I am so over browns in homes... i think everyone I know has brown decor and I just cant stand it any more! Laura x
ReplyDeleteCouldn't agree more Kellie!.. I'm in love with them too!.. Now trying to incorporate them into my Black & white colour scheme! x
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
Marnie. x
Can get enough of duck egg or linens but they are easy to find x
ReplyDeleteTurqouise and green are always my favourites - what does "like hens teeth" mean? That you like it but can´t use it? In that case it´s purple, I like it as long as it´s not on my body or in my home. It just never feels right when I have it myself. :-)
ReplyDeleteCan't get enough of mustardy yellow and orange/salmon colours. Oy, it is like an obsession.
ReplyDeleteCoral is one of my favs at the moment too - so much so I'm thinking seriously about incorporating into a fabric design! Erin x
ReplyDeleteHi Kellie..the first colour that jumped out at me from that fan was the deep purple..I just can't get enough of that at the moment..that and dark inky blues and mid blues..like a soft spring sky..mmmm!
ReplyDeleteWorking with colours at a daily basis is for me a combination of work and hobby. I enjoy all colours, however in my house there is a tendency to find the calmer end of the colour scale. My favourite colour is blue, especially the light ones, in nuances of clear blue to the more dusty ones.
ReplyDeleteRight now I've started a make over in our living room. I'm switching from a beige and green to grey and blue. One wall will be in a really beautiful night blue. I'm excited to start the painting and see if it will be as I wanted. :)
Wishing you a lovely day, Kellie!
Hug,
Anette Willemine
My color is pink !!...yeah.....love from me...xxx.
ReplyDeleteNice, I'm sporting coral nails right now and I can't stop admiring them when I'm driving. (dangerous I know).
ReplyDeleteSarah
Love a good medium blue, not light, not pale, not royal, just a great splash of strong blue!! Love Posie
ReplyDeleteI have lots of colour in the house, each room with a slightly different palette. I have been looking for more yellow and orange recently, for the garden too :) love the photos in this post!
ReplyDeleteOh yellow is my favorite color. I like it bright, muted and light.Really any way except I am not big on the kind of mustard yellow color.

Right now I'm very attracted to deep Jewel Tones... and though I like Blue, I've just never been comfortable surrounding myself with it in decorating our Home, does that count as Hen's Teeth? *winks*

the color of that pink door in your previous post is pretty sassy. i love all colors at different times, depending on my moods, and usually need all the colors of the rainbow to satisfy my appetite.
ReplyDeleteI also like a lot coral and turquoise; and, they mix together each other really good, I think!
ReplyDeleteOther colors I like are purple, and the combination of purple and red. I think they are surprising but combine in a good way! =)
Love those pictures, they are fabulous! They make me want to visit Chicago! =)
