An Ada & Darcy Style - Thai Green Chicken Curry!

I'm not much of a chef, actually I'm generally a pretty boring cook so imagine Luke's delight last night when I decided to cook a Thai Green Chicken Curry. And his absolute surprise when it turned out delicious! There is hope for me yet. Replicate it {here} ... xxx

  1. I'm not a great cook either - my dinner last night was not as successful as yours (tomato and sausage stew with soft cheesy polenta). Lyn and I just had to laugh and I promised him a roast tonight to make up for it. :)
Wait until you se what I did successfully cook the other day - something I think you'd like. Will post later :)

  7. Oh yum - that looks so perfect for a winter evening! I would love to try it out. And you've achieved the impossible - beautiful photos of a one-pot dinner! Had delicious ramen for lunch today - warm, soupy things just seem to be what is needed in this weather...

  12. Green curry is one of my new favorite flavors! A new friend from Trinidad & Tobago made me green curried chicken and potatoes one day and I've loved the flavor ever since -- This looks delectable!
