What an elegant interior with all that white and cream. And those cherry blossoms are divine which reminded me, not too long before they will be available at the flower markets.
The practical woman in me thinks, whoa now this is beautiful, but how on earth could anyone possibly maintain something like this? And it made me think, I wonder who lives here? A person who spends limited time in here but loves to come home to something fabulous? Or perhaps someone that is lucky enough to have a cleaner or clean themselves religiously? Or perhaps it's someone who has mastered the art of being pristinely clean at all times...
Regardless of who lives here, it's incredibly glamourous. Although, let me just confirm, certainly myself, Luke and our 2 dogs sadly wouldn't be welcome! Kellie xx

I LOVE the all white interior!!! I crave that - but kids and dogs wont allow!
ReplyDeletewow! that is absolutely amazing! i love it. hope you had a great weekend my love.
ReplyDeleteLoving the all white interiors, but I'd be obsessive compulsive in the process. Thanks for sharing. I'm a new follower and I'm loving it here.
ReplyDeleteWhoa!! I am with you beautiful to look at but not to live in. I wonder how many people would feel comfortable sitting in a room like that, heaven forbid to be the first person to leave a mark or a stain, Yikes. I am more of a come on in and sit down kind of gal so I like a little more comfortable enviroments but sure like seeing this, Kathysue
ReplyDeleteyes, beautiful - but like your clan, my two feral boys and border collie wouldn't be high on the guest list either! : )
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine what my two rowdy little dogs and two cats would do to it!
ReplyDeleteBrenda
Beautiful!! I love the chair in the last picture :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Design! I love the texture of the white!
ReplyDeleteGreat Blog!
so beautiful... but be careful where you set your coffee :)
ReplyDeleteI would have it as my own PRIVATE oasis , no children / husbands / pets allowed..... a girl can dream.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, so crisp and clean!
ReplyDeleteOh my!! So gorgeous, but I am afraid my little family would not be allowed either...! Wishing you a wonderful Monday Kellie ~ Tina xx
ReplyDeleteOh wow, surely a klutz like me would not be welcome either :)
ReplyDeleteabsolutely gorgeous! How very relaxing and elegant. Love this.
ReplyDeleteIt's such a beautiful space. I think this is the kind of place I would love if I had someone to clean it after me ;)
ReplyDeletecouldn't agree with you more! Stunning to the eye and a place the evokes peacefulness and restfulness, but surely no one with young children or pets and I would have to say a full time cleaning force. What I wouldn't give to come home to it though! Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you posted these pics Kellie, I've had these saved but not known where they were from. But they are just beautiful - impractical maybe, but gorgeous just the same. K xx
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm not on to the trend of all white. I find it a little too b"clinical" for me. Besides, Henry, my 140lb black lab would have to join you and your family in the outhouse somewhere! It's an interesting question to ask, Kellie! Who DOES live here?
ReplyDeleteIf it were my place you would all be welcome.
ReplyDeleteAll white is all right!!! I love an all white room, but only for me, am I the last person on earth to take care of my furniture and belongings? how come I appreciate a beautiful room, yet my hubby and three kids, are most happiest making a mess? oh well, gotta love families!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLovely but I could never do it. And forget the dogs!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it amazing what cherry blossoms can add to a room?
Oh, how'd you know that white on white is my all-time favorite decorating technique?? I just drool over the look. As for your pictures... what a great collection!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday Dear!
Well this is some place very special...
ReplyDeleteStepford house?
ReplyDelete...someone who is very, very lucky! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful - and so never happening in this lifetime... Even when my kids are all grown up and living elsewhere - my husband would make quick work of that room.
