More lovely vintage finds...

Here are some more gorgeous finds from the fabulous vintage store near my place. I love how they have all their wonderful things displayed outside the shop so all the passers by can see and admire it all. They always have new things too. Here are my recent favourites...

I love this art. This would be perfect in our entry way...

If only I had the room for something so stylish in our place!

I am always attracted to this style of chandelier. The more sparkle the better I say!

What a stunning french painted screen and such gorgeous chairs to match!!

  1. Go back, and search about to see if the shop just might have hidden a chandelier with rock crystal pendants, rather than the usual lead crystal ones.

...these are my most favorite new...old find!

You'll know when you see the natural mineral veins.

  5. Hi Kellie, I recently purchased 6 Chandeliers from Paul at this store for my house in Lane Cove. He was so wonderful and even delivered them for free and supervised the hanging. I love this store. Love your blog too.

  11. I have a chandelier quite comparable to the one you have shown here. It's in the half-bath I'm wallpapering...I will feature once I finish wallpapering (by the end of this week). As I posted yesterday, I love lighting fixtures! Love the images!

  16. My great aunt has a similar cabinet but in soft distressed yellow. It's sitting in her kitchen full of antique dishes and such. Picture it: nestled in a summer house in Europe, how divine!

I'm starting to post my Europe vacation pics on my blog, now I'm wishing I had taken one specifically of that cabinet :(

  17. OMG your photos are absolutely gorgeous! I could just sit and linger over your blog all day, but unfortunately I have work to do. Marcy

  18. ooh i love these sorts of shops - I call them 'the shops you could live in' :-) The colour of the dresser and the screen is beautiful, I'd love to go more Gustavian style at home with those muted creams and grays ...
