Did someone say stripes?


I saw this over at Veranda House and it just stuck with me. I think mostly its the fabulous blue and white fabric although the clincher for me is definitely the stripes. My poor Luke has striped shirts, t-shirts and knits galore, I just can't get enough of it! Kellie xx

    Ummmm Kellie dear, I'm not so much for this one, maybe because my comforter has the same stripes :( I think black and white stripes will look chic! Or green and black or green and white...??

    It's a fabulous piece, Kellie. I love the floral pillows softening the stripes just a bit, too.

    Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!!!! I too adore stripes!!! I love how an old French style sofa has been updated to fit into a scheme with a paintwash and modern stripes - soooo cool!!!!!!

    Absolutely gorgeous in the stripe! I was on ebay bidding on a sofa exactly like this today and the seller cancelled my bid and withdrew the item. They must have sold it elsewhere. I was a bit bummed to be honest. This would have been my inspiration image for reupholstering it for sure.

    Yes that sofa is fantastic and the best thing about this design is that it can hold pretty much any pattern, as well as plain fabric.
