Fancy peonies being over for another year. How very sad... My northern hemisphere buddies, please post lots and lots of the darlings when they are blooming. I will then look forward to when I can have them in my home again! I actually asked about growing them and I was told, the chances of them flowering in your location are about one in one million. Not good odds I decided and thought the flower markets were a much easier and stress free option. Kellie xx

ReplyDeleteHi Kellie, yes Peonies are gorgeous, here though you have to plant them far away from your home because they attract ants. But they are beautiful, I don't have the right soil for them so I drool over my friends...lol

I'm glad things have calmed down a bit in your life. It must be hard being the only child when something like that happens. My daughter is an only child and that is one of the things I worried about; What will happen when I'm old? That's when you need good friends!:) Have a great week!-Jennifer

ReplyDeleteAhh, yes I too love a pretty peony, it my husband's favorite flower. We have about 3-4 months before we even begin to see green here. I can't wait for all of my peonies and roses to bloom :)
