Has anyone seen spring?

If anyone sees spring or summer around can you 

please let them know i am looking for them? 

Feels like it hasn't stopped raining for weeks! I am certainly not enjoying this winter weather in Sydney...

I dream about lovely spring days on this gorgeous veranda, sitting on my pastel coloured chairs talking with Kate, surrounded by beautiful flowers, leaning on my large, plush cushions in the fabrics below.... Oh, and with a glass of wine in hand of course! Perfect.

White or Gold? Gold or White?

I was very lucky to have received this gorgeous print from Nicole! I love the windows, the flowers, the colours of the pot plants and how they graciously hang over the balcony. I have decided that this would be a beautiful gift for someone special but i cannot say who as they will then know!!

I cannot decide between which frame is should choose. I want something grand, ornate and fabulous. So.... I pose this question - white or gold??????

Peonies & glamourous dresses!!

I'm not sure if i told you, but i love gardening. Problem is i have little... actually no idea about gardening whatsoever other that i know i adore beautiful flowers. For my birthday, i received a garden membership so whenever i have a gardening question, i can call my own horticulturalist and ask him for direction! 

I do love peonies, so i decided i would call my horticulturalist, Matt and ask if i could grow a peony or two... Unfortunately "in my climate" i have a 1 in about 200 chance of growing a peony plant that will actually produce a flower (so in essence no chance). 

So, this made me think what would i love to have but just can't right now. For me, its peonies and a gorgeous Collette Dinnigan dress (or two)...

It's a beautiful day.......

I just wanted to share with you the exciting day i had! My logo was finalised for my store and styling business... And here it is:

I hope you like it as much as i do? I wanted something timeless and stylish yet a design that also allows for my ranges to change and evolve with time. I do adore the colours as well.

I only gave the designer the tiniest of briefs and Kristy at Creative Breeze hit the mark in her first round of designs. Amazing. 

Now to continue my focus on sourcing stylish products from the world! Please do email me if you know of fabulous designers with beautiful designs or perhaps you are a designer yourself? I am looking for really individual pieces - homewares, fabrics, art to anything for the home. There is so much amazing talent out there and not enough time in the day.

Blog Love....

Isn't this picture just divine!?! Being a puppy lover (some people at work thought Lily was my daughter and not my dog) this photo just sings to my heart. I happened to see it over at Weekend Host who had written about my blog and my "puppacino's" for Lily! 

I just thought i would tell you about Weekend Host which is another Australian blog written by Amanda. It is very new (just started in May) and i would describe it as one of those blogs whose author has a instinctive sense of style and femininity. I adore the lovely interiors, divine food and stunning fashion pics. Plus, and another BIG plus, Amanda is just lovely - friendly and charming. Amanda is a breath of fresh air away from the daily grind of politics and craziness in my day job, i feel like i now come home from work and are meeting people with similar tastes to mine who have no alterior motive other than sharing gorgeous things.
