I really love a print or two. Most of the time i couldn't care less if they don't match either. Life is too short. I found these great designs and had to share them....

The butterflies are delightful and shows their versatility in different living spaces.

High tea? Darling...

I absolutely love high tea and will go at any opportunity. I love the idea of little cakes and sandwiches, beautiful teacups and teapots and my best friend Kate (my husband has been and wasn't so keen on the experience). Oh and maybe a glass of champagne or two. 

What i also love is that it is so easy to do your own lovely high tea at home. I think the process of making and decorating the cakes is just as fabulous as eating it all!

I do love the vintage element of this selection, the crochet doilies are so pretty. I recently bought some and my mum thought i was joking. I love them!

I hope to stock these beautiful designs in my store.

These remind me of what my nan would make for me when i was little and came to visit.

This tea set is so incredibly stylish, i adore the detail on the handles.

Aren't these tea pot biscuits just gorgeous! I have actually eaten one of these and they taste as good as they look surprisingly!!

Touch of the blues...

I wasn't much of a blue person until recently. I saw this great chair and side table and i thought wow, i then saw this image at the delightful Anna Spiro's blog Absolutely Beautiful Things and realised i have actually warmed to blue. I think this indigo blue is spectacular with white... So fresh and charming.

Since i found my love for indigo blue, i sourced some more lovely products that i would adore for my home. You like??

Beautiful notes in my little Red Otter

I do love to look amy blogs and every so often i come across one that i just love and will wait (very patiently of course) for updates :) Red Otter is just one of those blogs. 

What i adore about this blog is the beautiful selection of photography, its femininity, uniqueness and Julia's endearing posts. 

I then noticed Julia also has an Esty store also called Red Otter which is full of a delightful selection of handmade journals, designed beautifully and finished with beautiful fabrics and prints. I purchased this delightful one here and i am very excited. I can't wait to take this beautiful notebook to work meetings...

4 fabulous rooms, 4 gorgeous ways

I do love Country Interiors and Living Etc and found these absolutely beautiful rooms when looking through them over the weekend. 

I adore how the flowers bring such a lovely feel to each of these rooms even though the the flowers are used very differently.

How great is the poster in this room, it has such an impact with the lamp shades, floral print quilt and french headboard.

As you know i have a soft spot for hydrangeas, they are so beautiful in this room. I adore the stone fireplace and gorgeous mirror hanging above.

The gorgeous lamp in the last picture is the lamp i featured in yesterday's post. How gorgeous is the pink telephone too!

Gorgeous things for my home!

Look at this gorgeous chest of drawers and this lamp. I do love individual pieces like this - things that are interesting, can be moved around the home and are unique.

I love the colours in this decor, the pink is introduced so well in each item. I generally don't love colourful chandeliers, i prefer a real french vintage feel but this one works beautifully. Those cushions are very sweet too.

I went a bit mad at the flower markets on Saturday, here are just a little snapshot of what i purchased. I had so much fun putting the arrangements together. I do love magnolia leaves, and could have them in a vase all on their lonesome. 

I also bought several bunches of roses in lots of colours which i will show you very soon.
