The check and measure for our shutters was supposed to be at 9am, imagine our surprise when the doorbell rang at 7am! Unfortunately I don't tend to wake up looking as glamourous as our lovely lady in the shot. Poor guys who came to the door probably got a fright! Kellie x
Pic from here x.
I'm sure you looked beautiful! Isn't that always the way, they either come really early or super late. Just to keep us on our toes .. he he.

Beautiful photo
I'm sure you look lovely in the mornings! I just hate when people show up earlier than they are supposed to, since I'm always running late.
ReplyDeleteeeeek that's scary! how inconsiderate haha
ReplyDeletebet you looked gorgeous though. :)
Oh no, I am sorry that happened! Well, I bet they thought you were pretty non the less and it always isn't fun when people show up unannounced.
ReplyDeleteOh, surely I look just like this nearly every morning...bead head, racoon eyes, sparkly thigh-highs and all..; they're good for circulation.
ReplyDeleteThat picture is lovely, Love the thigh highs
ReplyDeleteOh dear! Too funny!
ReplyDeleteMe at 7 AM. Not a pretty sight!
ReplyDeleteHe he - I feel your pain! We have had tradesman turning up at 7am instead of 8.30 also in the last few weeks (it's always when you wanted a little sleep in too) xxx How exciting about your shutters!
ReplyDeleteahhh...I don't believe you...I am sure you looked lovely...but 7am...he is an early bird!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a young Brigitte Bardot!
ReplyDeleteaww 7 am is so early . haha . but you sure looked beautiful . women always look interesting after they woke up . lol . x)
ReplyDeletehaha! im sure they didn't get a fright :P
ReplyDeletefab photo!
how annoying that they came early, grr!
xxx
Just found you via Swish and Swanky! Its a long wait, but well worth it! Plantation shutters are the best!
ReplyDeleteHow rude of them! You could not as looked as bad as me when I answered the door for the postman a couple of weeks ago with a facial mask on. I rarely have time to indulge so I wasn't about to wash it off and figured he had seen worse. He had a good laugh and assured me that he had.
ReplyDelete7am!!!! Arghhh..that will teach them to come early!!LOL
ReplyDeleteAlison
HAHAHA! I'm sure you didn't look as bad as I do whenever I wake up.
ReplyDeleteYou know what you should've done? Give em some morning breath. That ought to stop them from being too efficient and coming 2 hours early!
Jk XD
my husband is a fed ex driver and he says not to be worried b/c everyone looks gross at home!
ReplyDeletereally nice photo! ^.^
ReplyDeletekisses
Hey Kellie, I wouldn't have sent you that picture of myself, if I had known you were going to put it in your post !!!! ..He He....That IS Brigitte Bardot, I'm sure....
ReplyDeleteMy postman knocks at about 6 a.m. and I can hardly see to sign for anything, my eyes aren't even open. I bet I look a sight. XXXX
I'm sure you looked better than me, when I woke up, with my hair all disheveled, I seem the Yeti xD
ReplyDeleteStunning photo. Nothing worse than an unexpected early wake up call.

I know just what you mean!
ReplyDelete7 am is always too early for guests of any kind! I feel bad for the guys not because they saw you (I'm sure you looked fine!) but because no one should have to be up and calling upon others at that hour.
ReplyDeletehahahaha... I can very well imagine...
ReplyDeleteThis in fact happened with me, when I was leaving in Chicago with two friends... and when the fireguys rang the bell to test our fire alarm I was the elected to open the door: in long winter jacket (to hide the night gall), two asymetrical ponytails and THAT face!
Have a nice sunday!
xx,
A.
