Oh such stunning pictures. I adore the tiles too and the chandelier - can you see it?
How gorgeous are the magnolias! They are out in bloom in Sydney at the moment. I have always wanted one for my garden or though i think you need to be the patient type for this gorgeous plant. Something i am not. Magnolias take years to grow. I like things done in a heart beat. With my impatient style, i will admire the gorgeous photography instead.
