Defined by a colour!


How fabulous! Hopefully one day Ada & Darcy will be recognised just one thousandth of the extent that people associate that fabulous orange with Hermes. This is not a colour i would normally have in my home, but a Hermes box i could certainly accommodate!! Kellie xx

    I agree about the Hermes box! The orange is a bit too much for decorating an entire house in, but accents of it are fine. Sometimes I think the Hermes packaging rivals the goods it hides... the bags and boxes themselves are definitely worthy of decorating a home with!

    Since I have a house with grey siding and shades of grey in the brick, I was thinking of doing my front door an orange shade, I think orange and grey compliment each other so well and the Hermes shade just might be the perfect one! I need to get a hold of a box to take it to the hardware store and have the paint matched!

    I totally agree, that orange is beautiful and hints of it work really well.

    Love that second image, particularly the photo of the woman sweeping down the stairs in that gorgeous dress and coat!

    I happen to love pops of orange (though admittedly don't have many in my own home!) and of course anything Hermes is always fine.
