I found these absolutely beautiful teapots. My love for teapots started from my lovely sister in law Nicole who has an endless supply of gorgeous things for tea.
I think the fabulous thing about teapots is that if you don't like tea it doesn't matter. They are a lovely just is, moved about the house or used as a beautiful vase for flowers...

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love all of them- it's interesting to me that I was once a HUGE fan of the chinz- like the last one. Still think it's lovely, but now I really am drawn to the simpler ones, like the creamy/yellow and gold. Thanks for sharing those!

I mostly use to drink! I LOVE tea! but I also, as I sent some time ago, have one with flowers in my office, just to make me happy! :-)
I loved them all, specially 3, 4 and 2.

I love the third and fourth ones--that yellow and gold is delicious, and the shape of the blue one is amazing. I adore tea and I collect teapots, so this is a fun post for me!

ReplyDeleteMy mother collects teapots and teacups and I used to think it was the silliest thing. But now I think they're wonderful and you're so right, it almost doesn't matter what's in them when the pot is so pretty!

ReplyDeletei too love china, our cabinets are a completely eclectic mix of china cups, plates etc. i am drawn to the 3rd one down from the top with those hints of yellow. and i love your idea of adding flowers and using them as a vase, perfect. :)

ReplyDeleteAh beautiful! Makes me crave having a tea party in my backyard ... though I'd probably just put iced tea in it since it's so hot outside, haha. I'd personally take the second one, I love the classic look yet the funky pattern around it!
