I pottered around at lunch time today and saw some beautiful Collette Dinnigan bridal gowns. Mix them in with gorgeous chairs and they are all pretty as a picture. Kellie x
Oh I could get married again just to wear those dresses hee, the last chair looks so cosy I could sit in there with a glass of pink champagne!! (Hic) :)
Oh what lovely dresses! and chairs! I LOVE the chairs and am so glad you posted them.. I plan on doing some reupholstering this weekend {yay!} and what lovely inspiration!
Are these wedding dresses?! o_0 What amazes me about those photos is how both angelic and ethereal they look. The glow of the model's skin really emphasizes the awe we feel when we see the gown. My favorite dress is the first one. I really like one-shoulder dresses (though I have yet to be able to pull it off, hehe)
I'm also fascinated that you put them alongside photos of chairs. For me, it makes the photos of the dress more... attainable? As in, the dresses aren't so fantastical or out-of-reach; It makes a purchase seem possible. haha I don't know if that makes sense.
the clothes are exquisite but i really loved the furniture . imean that last chair is a work of art . it would looks sso great if i had themoney to put in my apt
Gosh those chairs are so beautiful Kellie - I actually haven't come across Sweet Pea & Willow before so I would love to have a look at their other pieces.
I am not a super dress-oriented girl, but those ARE lovely. BUT the chairs are amazing! I especially love the last one. Such a good find! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for the dreamy dresses and chairs. (sigh!) Always does one good to absorb beauty any way you can - it really does feed ones soul. I would never 'in a pink fit!' fit into any of the dresses and two Big Boys would enjoy being boys with the chairs so I will just take in their beauty and be thankful for what I do have. Lovely !!
I'm Kellie Collis and Ada & Darcy is a place I share my thoughts, interests and happenings at my store and my life. I love to decorate, love beautiful textiles, love bright colours and love to share the bits and bobs that inspire me each day. With lots and lots planned over the coming months @ Ada & Darcy, I hope you enjoy visiting as much as i enjoy sharing gorgeous things i find along my adventures.
