Wallpaper Choices

I'm really keen to change the wallpaper in our bedroom, Im thinking of something bold and fun. At the moment it's very peaceful and pretty just feeling though, i want to mix things up a bit and these two from Designers Guild are so beautiful! What you do think, 1 or 2?

  4. Oh definately the first one!
It's much more stylish with the mix of wild (big, bold flowers) and subdued (grey etching background) It's actually very sublime.
Didn't you just recently do the wallpaper in your bedroom? I've had the toile de jouy in mine since 5 years .......I'm also ready for a change....!

  5. Both are very fresh and pretty and I think that either one would look lovely. Only you can make that final choice. XXXX

  6. lol Kellie, I've just spent 2 hours looking for wallpaper on line for the studio and here you have posted about some wonderful options! I couldn't find much. Thank goodness for your blog honey! I like number 2. It's almost like looking through a kaleidoscope. xxx

  7. Hi Kellie. They're both amazing but it depends on your space. The first is a specifically sized panel print and goes up on the wall as pictured at a stunning 3 metros height by about 135 wide. The second is the wallpaper version of the panel print so can be used in any sized space. Either will look stunning. Believe me, in the flesh they're even more amazing!

  13. Tough one Kellie, at first I thought #1 but then I like # 2 as well. I would make my final decision on the kind of light you have coming into the bedroom. Sorry...that does not help at all!

  15. Hi Kellie, I have noticed Australians use a lot of wallpaper in their home. It must be an British heritage!?
The more I get to know the papers, the more I like them. I was surprised with the 2 you showed us today. I think #1 is more unique, but I wouldn't know how to use it. For a whole wall or just one panel?

  39. they are both lovely Kellie! ;) I have been aching to come back to your page recently.... it feels so good to return and comment you at last!
I love the floor in the first one as well! I think that really brings out the pastels well and would encourage very colorful throws and throw pillows! I am in love with color myself and am dreaming of redoing our Master bedroom here shortly too! ;) how fun it is to dream! I am thinking of a Euro boudoir feeling ;) hugs to you.... look forward to seeing over time what you choose - it will be lovely! xx Jenn
