Lovely carnations...


I picked up these very pretty carnations at the flower markets on Saturday and they now sit next to my bed. Fresh flowers always brighten my days.

    Great minds think alike... I also posted flowers today (well, technically its Sunday in the US)!
    I have been using tight bouquets of carnations for a while now, love all the bany petals, and how long they last with a little TLC. However, they have all of a sudden become expensive at the market, so for now a have to pass the bye...

    They truely are beautiful. I love the touch of color on the tips of the petals. I think fresh flowers always brighten any room they are in.

    Oh these are so beautiful!! Carnations are some of my very favorite flowers! Yellow is my favorite color and my husband will surprise me quite often with beautiful yellow carnations.I really like the colors of the ones you bought!!
