A Pencil Choice...

For some reason of late I have felt compelled to stop using pens and write everything with pencils, there is something so raw and creative about them. The other day I found some gorgeous ones with a stunning colourful stone on the end that are sitting on my desk, waiting for me to give them lots of love. I haven't used them just yet as they are so beautiful, I dont want to waste them away! Kellie xx

  14. Strange because I have been using pencils lately too. Maybe it's just because I like using the erasers, lol! My pencils are not quite as pretty as yours :)

  15. I love this picture! Color pencils remind me of my friend's daughter who used to buy color pencils at school and then hide them under her pillow so that she wouldn't get in trouble for buying so many! That story still cracks me up! What kid hoards color pencils?!

  16. Hello Kellie,

What a pretty picture! I tend to write with regular and colored pencils when I am working on recipes.

I hope you have a colorful week!

  17. I've always had a thing for pencils and new coloured ones are so pretty displayed in a pretty cup. Even as a child I loved new crayons and didn't want to use them to wear down the tip! :)

  19. So pretty....not sure I could use them. Love to have them just set out on my desk to look it. Your linens post was pretty, too. I adored the brightly colored linen napkins. Your blog is so fun with all of the fabulously bright, cheerful colors and designs. Can't wait for your store to open! Hope your week is off to a great start.

  20. I just purchased some colored pencils and have also gotten into the mood to use pencils instead of pens or mechanical pencils.
