Friday Joy!

Yay its friday! Im looking forward to the weekend that will include sleep ins, flower markets, playing with pretty home decor items and lunch right on Sydney harbour! Can't wait! xx

Gelato Colours...

I'm so drawn to gelato like colours, in clothing and accessories as well as beautiful things for the home. I find this tone of colour soft, relaxing and extremely pretty. I just adore it for furniture pieces, accessories, wallpaper, paint etc. Anything really! Some people associate these colours with children, definitely not me, I think they are for anyone! Kellie xx

Another gorgeous arrival

Just been advised our gorgeous bedding is on it's way! The shop is nearly there, all products ready to go, just having to tweek some of the design etc that the developer is working on {that is taking much, much longer than expected}. Glass vessels ...

There still for me, is nothing like gorgeous, mixed up glass vases to set the stage for lovely blooms on a table. I have loved that look for so long now and it seems, it still makes me all warm and fuzzy! Kellie xx

Kitchen dreams

Isn't this kitchen just angelic! Whilst I do love a bit of colour, im quite impartial to a crisp and white looking kitchen that reflects the light beautifully. Kind of like, bridal like fashion in a kitchen! Our kitchen is more on the cream side and whilst it's tidy and still clean looking, the colour isnt as clean as I would like it. Never mind, next home we hope to do everything from scratch and make it just as we please. Kellie xx

A Pencil Choice...

For some reason of late I have felt compelled to stop using pens and write everything with pencils, there is something so raw and creative about them. The other day I found some gorgeous ones with a stunning colourful stone on the end that are sitting on my desk, waiting for me to give them lots of love. I haven't used them just yet as they are so beautiful, I dont want to waste them away! Kellie xx

Pretty Table Linen: My Purpose!

I spotted this fabulous napkins over at Kerr Bear 59 and thought these were so gorgeous! I do love bright and bubbly table linen as it always makes such a stunning impact on a table. For me, being a pretty average cook, has meant that I always to make the table look as lovely as possible to make up for my lack of cooking skills! For all those Australians who have watched even 5 minutes of Junior Masterchef (and also lack skills in the kitchen) those children have made me feel more incompetent indeed! Kellie xx
