More black, gorgeous lace!

Natural light

Whilst these may be very different spaces, the one thing they do have in common is their natural light and gorgeous big windows that create such a fresh and wonderful atmosphere. It's amazing how much natural light can make you feel so good! I used to have my office desk away from the window, finally I moved it to the window which has meant I get to enjoy the view outside which provides such a calming effect. Not only do I feel more productive, but relaxed as well. Kellie xx

More velvet details...

I still have a velvet obsession and current sourcing some lovely fabric to make delightful pillows for my shop in the most delicious colours. It's funny though, I was chatting with someone the other day who said they have a fear of touching velvet because of the texture and even the thought of it gives them the shivers! They compared velvet to the skin on a peach! For me, it's just so luxurious, soft and glamourous, with a feather insert, it just is a treat in a living space! Kellie xx

Camilla - love!

Thinking about spring makes me extra excited about the new Camilla range! Just as I love my interiors bright and bold, I do love my summer dresses just the same. I cannot wait to buy some gorgeous dresses for the warmer weather, I love them for day or night, and they always make me feel so glamourous. Im a dress girl through and through! Black lace...

I quite like the black used in these room, often you don't see black in a bedroom but this has been done elegantly, with a sense of femininity. The lightness of the lace on the windows is a lovely edition and such a simple concept to recreate.

One day to be an artist

I have always wished I could paint, sadly I lack in that skill. I can't imagine how amazing it would be to be able to come home after a stressful day and rewind by getting out the paintbrushes and pulling a master piece together. And, how rewarding would it be to have amazing art, hanging all through your home, knowing it had been created from scratch by yourself!

In the meantime, I will sit back and admire this gorgeous work from Jane Thill Studio... So very stylish and divine attention to detail! Kellie xx

Kitchen ideas...

I spotted this gorgeous dessert and thought, I have to try it! So simple and it looks, well just stunning. Perhaps I could try some strawberries or raspberries as an alternative!

I couldn't help but vision myself eating this in that gorgeous kitchen featured too! xx

What a delightful way to start the new week! Gorgeous mis-matched blooms, in delicate vases, pops of colour all with an eclectic feel. I cannot believe it is already the 2nd August! Where has the year gone? It feels like only yesterday that Autumn had just began and now we are almost at spring. Have a gorgeous Monday! x
