Finally the wallpaper is up and looking fabulous. And my lovely Luke got through it without any hiccups. Clever boy he is.

Loving the metallic, it reflects beautifully and gives our living room just the pretty feel I wanted. Gorgeous!!

More red in my life!

I really struggle to work red into my interiors at home. I just can never keep it looking soft and fresh. Sugar makes everything better...

What a day! I think I deserve something really delicious and something really, really unhealthy. That of course would make me very happy...

You know when you are really, really frustrated and you just can't say anything even though you want to explode. Well that's what happened today. So, in recognition of my self control I award myself with a whole lot of sugar!

So i made the butterscotch pudding recipe from this post. Now I am not sure if it looks as it should but it is frightfully yummy. Super duper sweet - just as I love things!

First round I stupidly mixed the eggs and the sugar together so I started again for round two without any further mishaps. Yum! Kellie xx

A favourite is for sale...

I have passed this home everytime I drove to and from Mum's place at Cabarita, a tiny little fabulous suburb in Sydney. I always would say to Luke one day we are going to buy that place! Unfortunately though, this gorgeous home is for sale and we aren't quite ready to purchase it! Perhaps I should knock on the door and ask the owner if they will hold off on selling this beauty just for another year or two? Or if not and I am really, really lucky, the new owners will decide it wasn't for them and they really need to move on.

There is so many things I adore about it... It's age, its lovely feel, the cottage gardens and it's pretty location. I haven't shown you inside as it isnt my cup of tea but the inside is the easy bit. You know me i'd paint everything white including those original floorboards! Heaven!! Kellie xx

The wallpaper saga continues...

Poor Luke wasn't able to place the lining paper on the wall horizontally by himself which delayed the process - he doesn't have 3 metre long arms! Tonight the wallpaper is officially going up - fingers crossed. Kellie xx
